Le Fraghe

2025 Camporengo Garganega Veneto IGT

A very typical Garganega born on soils rich in minerals. This is a very vertical wine with pronounced acidity and a significant savoury note. Aromatically, it walks this beautiful line between white flowers and orchard fruit: acacia, mimosa, peach skin, crisp apple, then a faint green pepper note at the end. A natural fit for shellfish, risotto, grilled vegetables, and deceptively simple meals where olive oil does half the heavy lifting.
