2024 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Kapfenstein Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc from Southeast Styria, showing the grape’s sharper, saltier, more electric side. Volcanic rock brings tension and a quiet smoky grip, while quartz-rich soils give the wine that cool, glassy precision. Green citrus, fresh herbs, and a crystalline salty note keep everything bright and focused. This wine is made for food. Asparagus, scallops, delicate fish, goat cheese, anything that wants a white with real nerve and a little volcanic character.
